Google Drive

What is Google Drive?

Google Drive is a cloud-based storage platform for collecting and organizing almost any kind of file you can think of. After files are uploaded, you can access them from anywhere just by logging in with your CCA G Suite account. As your digital archive grows, you can use the embedded search functionality to quickly find what you're looking for when you need it.

How Can it Help You?

Drive can be a great way to archive your files, creating a digital backup to reduce the likelihood of total file loss. You can also share specific folders and files with others and change what kind of control they have over the contents. Its integration with the rest of the G Suite apps, such as Gmail, Docs, and Slides, make it a natural fit to hold all of your files created there. You can also configure your Drive to access important files without an internet connection.
